Orders
It depends on the specific order. Tailored products will be ready within 3 weeks. Whereas our non-tailored products will be ready for shipping and leaving our warehouse within 24-72 hours. Delivery time depends upon the country the shipment will be sent to. All delivery time information will be provided at the checkout.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel an order after you confirmed it. We work with an automated fulfillment system. In order to ensure speedy delivery, orders are prepared almost instantly.

Yes, you will receive an email containing the Track & Trace code as soon as we transfer the order to our shipping partner. Please be aware that the order must first be processed by our shipping partner.
Returns
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Enter your order number and email address, then select the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 2: Access Your Mail
- Open our email and click on the link to access your return label at our competitive rates.
Step 3: Send Your Parcel
- Drop off or have your parcel picked up by the delivery service.
- Include the packing slip in the box with the items you are returning.
