• Ensure products are returned in the condition you would like to receive them.
• Items must be returned new, unused, and with all original MERINI tags attached.
• Include branded boxes, hang tags, and cards with your return as the packaging is part of the product.
• Return all items from an order in one shipment to expedite processing.

Important:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, use, or alteration from their original condition.
• In such cases, we may either not provide a refund or reduce the refund amount accordingly.
• Unacceptable returns may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
